Welcome to Blockset.app (hereafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of, all functionalities, services, and content provided by Blockset Technologies Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using our Platform in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease usage of the Site and any services provided herein.

About Blockset TechnologiesBlockset.app is owned and operated by Blockset Technologies Ltd, a private limited company registered under the laws of Cyprus with company number HE460383, having its principal office at Dryadon 1, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 107, 6041 Larnaca, Cyprus. The Platform is designed to facilitate the structured creation, promotion, distribution, and transfer of proprietary digital media assets and associated services. We maintain full discretion over all operational decisions and reserve the right to update or change any aspect of the Platform without prior notice.

EligibilityUse of the Platform is limited to individuals and entities who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By accessing or using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as defined in your jurisdiction, and that all information provided to us is truthful, accurate, and up to date. If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Site AccessAccess to the Platform is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable basis for the purposes of engaging with our services in accordance with these Terms. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform or any portion thereof without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, maintenance, or business exigency. Users are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted and secure internet access. Additionally, users shall be held responsible for all activity conducted under their internet connection and user credentials.

Account Creation and SecurityUpon registering for the Platform or upon acceptance of these Terms, we may generate an account for you if one does not already exist. Account credentials, including usernames and passwords, are confidential and must not be shared or disclosed to third parties. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs through its use. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or use of your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or breach of your account credentials, you must notify us immediately at info@blockset.app.

Intellectual PropertyAll content, designs, software, databases, code, and other intellectual property (collectively, the "Proprietary Material") made available through the Platform are the exclusive property of Blockset Technologies Ltd or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Proprietary Material are reserved. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and its content solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, republication, transmission, distribution, or exploitation of any Proprietary Material without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

User Submissions and Content RightsBy submitting digital media or content to the Platform, users affirm that they possess all necessary rights, titles, and interests to such content, including the authority to authorize its use and distribution. Submission of any content to the Platform constitutes a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to Blockset Technologies Ltd to host, display, manage, distribute, and promote the content in accordance with the Platform’s objectives. Users also warrant that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights and are not illegal, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Transaction and Service FulfillmentTransactions facilitated through the Platform are governed by these Terms. By initiating a transaction, you acknowledge that all such transactions are final upon successful processing and confirmation. Ownership and associated usage rights of the purchased item or service are transferred upon completion of the transaction. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted post-purchase. Users acknowledge that certain content or services may be temporarily reserved during the payment process. If payment is not completed within a specified time period, the reserved content may be released and made publicly available again.

Redemption PolicyRegistered users who have been allocated access to redeemable services or benefits ("Redemption Benefits") may request redemption only in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Platform. Redemption requests must be complete and accurate, and may be subject to additional verification requirements, including submission of identity or ownership documents. Redemption Benefits may carry limitations such as expiration dates, geographical availability, or service-specific conditions. Users are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to these limitations. Blockset Technologies reserves the right to deny or delay redemption in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

Fees and ChargesUsers acknowledge that access to certain Platform features or services may incur charges. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to engagement. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Failure to remit payment for chargeable services may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

Acceptable Use and RestrictionsYou agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in any activity that: (i) is unlawful; (ii) violates the rights of others; (iii) disrupts the normal operation of the Platform; or (iv) introduces any malicious software or harmful code. Attempted unauthorized access to restricted areas, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any form of data scraping or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this section may lead to civil or criminal liability and immediate termination of access.

Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Platform and all related services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties that the Site will function uninterrupted, error-free, or securely at all times.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Blockset Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. In any case, our total liability to any user shall not exceed the sum of one thousand euros (EUR €1,000).

Privacy and Data HandlingWe are committed to protecting your personal data. Our data collection, processing, and storage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Force MajeureBlockset Technologies Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, labor disputes, technical failures, or governmental actions.

Amendments and UpdatesWe may revise or amend these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
